Has anyone gotten chlamydia from a tanning bed?

Have been with my husband for 4 years. Had a baby 2 years ago, everything was fine, now the tone of us have had anything before, and neither one of us have been with anyone else. I have gone tanning quite frequently, one of the places made the customers clean the beds. One time I got in a bed it was still hot, had just been used and I hadn't realized that it hadn't been cleaned until I had already sat down and was turned it on. That is the only possible way I can think of getting it. I have no reason to not trust or believe my husband as he with me. It blows my mind that I got it.
